Purchased a car and was told rather than part exchanging my old car and clearing the outstanding finance it would be better for me to voluntary surrender my vehicle as they told me I had paid more than 50% of the finance. This was totally incorrect and left me needing to find money to make payments on my old car and my new car, money I do not have.

AVOID! - Incredibly rude - Made promises in person and by email then deny even when you send them the proof - 5 calls over a period of 2 weeks asking to speak to someone, promise a call back, never happens - Guaranteed a price for the car, then tried to haggle - Arrived several hours late - Asked several questions as this is my first time selling a car, got told I'm being difficult when I didn't understand the process.... - AVOID COMPANY!

I went with my son a couple of weeks ago to buy a car from Parkway Car Sales. We were pleasantly surprised when we viewed the car that it was even better than it looked in the advert, inside and out. The two men that were there (Paul and his colleague...I can't remember his name unfortunately) were friendly, easy-going and allowed us plenty of time to look around the car without being watched. At no time did we feel that we were being pressured, which is the way buying should be. My son is really pleased with the car, so all in all I would definitely recommend Parkway Car Sales and would happily buy from them again.

Saw a car we were after through autotrader. Emailed- prompt reply. Viewed the car the next day- very helpful. Dropped car off a few days later. Really easy purchase- with 3 month warrenty. Car engine light came on after 1 drive- admit this was a bit of a heartsink moment- asking what on earth have I brought. Credit where its due, no quibbles, Paul and team booked it in with a local reputable garage incredibly quickly- and now back with us working great. Also had a few issues with a locking wheel nut- but again, Paul and team resolved incredibly quickly and even supplied a courtesy car. All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you.

After travelling a 480 mile round trip to purchase a car that I had never seen or test driven I can say hand on heart that I would do it all over again , It was so nice to meet Paul and Vince and pick up my new (to me) Skoda Yeti Customer service is 5 star and I would not hesitate in recommending this car dealership to both friends both near and far

We saw the Parkway Car Sales advert for the car we were looking for and travelled 250 miles to view the vehicle. It was well presented and matched the description in the advert. We agreed to share the cost of a couple of small jobs and the car was ready for collection on the agreed day. We found the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and honest - and the car performed well on the long drive home! Many thanks - we can recommend Parkway Car Sales.
