Recently visited the branch to look at a car, Staff was extremely knowledgable and willing to help.Was able to test drive the same day.The whole transaction was painless and service was excellent.Car was delivered and props to the Vallet as the car was spotless.I Highly recommend Parkway Cars and will use them again in the future.

Mark was very helpful and didn't rush us in the vehicle test. He was well informed and answered all our questions. Post sale we had one or two questions about operating the car and Mark explained these to us and was also very helpful in completing the paperwork to fit our personal registration plates.

VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!! TRIED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER NEVER THERE ALWAYS TOLD BE HERE WENS THEN FRIDAY TO BE FOBBED OFF AGAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ITS BEEN 6WEEKS NOW AND STILL NOTHING!!!!!!!!

We needed a reliable car back in November, popped in on the off chance about a car we'd seen on line. Unfortunately it was sold, Paul left us to have a good look about the forecourt, there was zero sales push. We found a super car, put down a deposit and that was that. We collected the car a couple of days later and have been delighted with the car and service. I returned with a query and Mark couldn't have been more helpful. I would definitely use Parkway Car Sales again.

Only interested in making a sale.

Purchased a car and was told rather than part exchanging my old car and clearing the outstanding finance it would be better for me to voluntary surrender my vehicle as they told me I had paid more than 50% of the finance. This was totally incorrect and left me needing to find money to make payments on my old car and my new car, money I do not have.
