We arrived at the sales area looking for a smaller Automatic car for my wife and left with a medium manual car. This was totally our decision and we are extremely happy that we bought the car we did. At first we had a quick chat with Paul and Phil (the salesmen)who then left us alone to look at all the cars on their forecourt. On seeing the Vauxhall Meriva I knew it was the one we would be driving away. I'm quite a tall man and they don't make cars that I can fit in easily so to find one as comfortable as this was great, even though the car is for my wife. After about 10 minutes of looking Phil came over and asked how we were getting on viewing the cars. Our decision had been made. we went back to the office and while the paperwork and the finance agreement was sorted out we took the car for a test drive and loved it. found the perfect car for us. staff left us alone to look at the cars saying we in the office if you need any help. Once we found the car going through the paperwork was made easy for us ( concidering i forgot my reading glasses ) by the staff reading out the important bits. All in all very friendy helpful staff we are very happy with our car and will recommend Parkway to our friends when they are looking for a car.

Process was painless never even test drive the car it was ready when I arrived there it was clean and could have done with a little more fuel in it I got 2 miles down the road and the fuel light went on

Very disappointing experience.This dealership appears to keep cars advertised on their website even after they have already been sold. I contacted them about a specific vehicle, but getting in touch was almost impossible. My emails were completely ignored, and when I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone, the only explanation I was given was that they were "short staffed."By the time I found out, the car had already been sold, yet it was still being advertised online. This gives the impression that the adverts are being used to attract potential customers to the dealership, only to try and sell them something else.I understand that cars sell quickly, but keeping sold vehicles listed and failing to respond to customer enquiries is unprofessional and shows very little respect for people's time.I would not recommend this dealership.
